Info Session #4

Saturday, November 19th is our fourth and final Biotechnology Information Session.
As you remember, the information session is the first chance for 
prospective students and their families to meet and see Biotechnology High School.
Since this is our last session, we expect it to be packed!  At the information sessions the PSFA provides snacks and drinks  Attached is a google document asking for donations for
what we need.  Please drop this off Thursday or Friday of next week labeled PSFA info session. 

If you would like to volunteer, please join me (Send me an email).
You would need to arrive at 9:15am.  We set up the snacks and
clean up once the families start their tours.

Dessert Donations

One of the highlights of the Dessert Social is the delectable desserts!  We are asking for dessert donations as well as beverages and miscellaneous items for the event.    

Suggestions are listed in the document below.  

Please also consider donating items to be raffled. Checkout the BTHS website under the PSFA tab for the donation form.  Basket items are due November 9th.

November PSFA Meeting

Our next meeting is on Monday, November 14 at 7:00 pm in the Media Center.  Please click on the links for the Agenda, and minutes from the October meeting.  We will also be wrapping baskets for the dessert social before and after the meeting and welcome your help.

2016 DESSERT SOCIAL

Dear Biotech Families,

You, your family and friends are all invited to the Annual Dessert Social and Gift Basket Raffle, which will be held on Friday, November 18th 7:00 - 9:30 p.m. This is a great event to meet other parents, sample delicious desserts and try your luck in winning fantastic gift baskets!

This is the BTHS PSFA's biggest fundraiser of the year and your support contributes to many things, such as:

• Research material

• Grants

• Supplies (i.e., chrome books, stage, sound system, planners, etc)

• Clubs

• Trips

• Hospitalily for Events (i.e., freshman social and orientation, IB Boosters, Blue Ribbon Celebration, Senior Awards Dinner, Teacher appreciation luncheon, Back to School night etc)

You can show your support by attending the event and purchasing tickets (please see ONLINE reservation form).

Another great way to help is to solicit sponsorships from friends, family and local businesses. Their donations will be listed in the event program guide (please see attached sponsorship/advertising forms).

Most importantly, we would like every family to donate a basket! It's fun and exciting and we can help you - just look at the attached form for instructions and ideas!
