Donations for Information Session 2 (of 4)

Hi All,

We are now  asking for donations for Information Session 2 (of 4).  We will be serving coffee, tea, juice and a light snack (i.e. muffins, cookies,  pastries, munchkins etc - nothing that requires a utensil).  We expect to have about 400 people at the Information Session.

Our next info session in Thursday 10/10 at 6:30.  Here is the sign-up list for donations for Info Session 2.

Annual Dessert Social and Gift Basket Auction

The Annual Dessert Social and Gift Basket Auction will be held on Friday, November 22th!  This is currently our biggest fundraiser for the school year.  Please mark your calendars and come out for a night of fellowship, delicious desserts and fabulous gift baskets. Reservations are now being accepted.  We hope to see everyone there. So spread the word among family and friends.  Whether you donate a single item, re-gift a new item, purchase a gift card, make a basket or contribute towards the purchase of a large ticket item, your generosity is greatly appreciated in making this a successful event for our school.

What can you do?

  1. Come to the event.  It is a fun evening of socializing with other BTHS parents, baskets, 50/50, and having incredible desserts. The ticket order form is sent home with your student and is also available on the PSFA’s website.  This is a perfect opportunity to show your child’s school to your family and friends!! Reservations are now being accepted!
  2. Donate a basket or things to contribute to a basket.  Look for sales, re-gift (new and unused only, please), and solicit from local business that you support in your area.  A Donation form with additional information is on the PSFA website along with an online donation form that we ask that you fill out to help us keep track of donations before they are sent in to the school.
  3. Ad Journal.  If you have a company or know of one that might want to put an ad in the ad journal, or a business that would like to donate a gift to be used in a basket, please pass along the Dessert Social Ad & Sponsorship Letter and Form which can be found on the PSFA website.
  4. Be a sponsor.  Donate money to the PSFA and get your name in the ad journal to communicate to the BTHS community your support of the school. The form is located at the bottom of the Dessert Social AD Journal/Event Sponsorship Form on the PSFA website.
  5. Send in Desserts.  Sign up to send in the delicious desserts that will be provided to our guests on the night the Dessert Social. Or help with setup/cleanup. Hospitality volunteers for the event please sign up here.
  6.  Help with the event.  Share your talents with us. Help wrap baskets, donate desserts, help sell basket tickets and 50/50 tickets the night of the event, work with desserts the night of, work with student volunteers, solicit program ads and sponsorships, help with reservations, write thank you letters, etc.  Volunteer sign up form is on the PSFA website. Basket Wrapping Signup form is also available now.

Information Session 1 (of 4) - Donation request

We are now  asking for donations for Information Session 1 (of 4).  We will be serving coffee, tea, juice and a light snack (i.e. muffins, cookies, mini bagels, pastries, munchkins etc - nothing that requires a utensil).  We expect to have about 400 people at the Information Session.

Thank you to everyone who volunteered to send in items for Back to School Night.  We will be asking for a LOT of food in the next 6 weeks (there are 4 info sessions that will each have about 400 people).  Please remember that not only are we giving prospective families a snack, we are showing them that we have an active PSFA that supports our children and our school.
